FirewoodXpress Price Lock Promotion and Prize Draw

Terms and Conditions

​

1. The promoter

The promoter is  FirewoodXpress (“FirewoodXpress”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

2. Promotional period

The FirewoodXpress Price Lock Promotion and Prize Draw (“the Promotion”) opens at 11:00 on 28/07/2026 and closes at 00:00 on 4/08/2026 (“the Promotional Period”).

Orders placed or payments received outside the Promotional Period will not qualify.

3. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over whose delivery address is within the normal FirewoodXpress delivery area.

Employees of FirewoodXpress, their immediate family members and anyone professionally connected with the administration of the Promotion may not enter.

FirewoodXpress may ask entrants and winners to provide evidence of their identity, age, address and qualifying purchase.

4. Qualifying products

The following products are eligible for the Promotion (“Qualifying Products”):

  • FirewoodXpress Builders Sacks; and

  • FirewoodXpress Tote Bags.

Only completed purchases of Qualifying Products made directly from FirewoodXpress during the Promotional Period are eligible.

Cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, unpaid or subsequently reversed orders will not qualify. If a qualifying order is cancelled or refunded after entry, the corresponding entry and price-lock entitlement will be withdrawn.

Qualifying Products will remain available at their normal retail prices during the Promotion. Product prices have not been increased to reflect entry into the Prize Draw.

5. Price-lock benefit

Every eligible customer who purchases a Qualifying Product during the Promotional Period will lock in the unit price paid for that product until 31 March 2027, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

The price lock applies only to the same product type, size and specification originally purchased. If a customer purchases more than one type of Qualifying Product during the Promotional Period, the price paid for each different eligible product will be locked separately.

The price lock:

  • belongs to the customer who placed the qualifying order;

  • is personal and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged;

  • applies only to orders placed directly with FirewoodXpress;

  • applies to the product price and does not include delivery charges, surcharges or optional services, which may change;

  • does not guarantee product availability or reserve stock;

  • cannot be combined with another discount, promotional code or special offer unless FirewoodXpress expressly agrees otherwise; and

  • expires at 11:59pm on 31 March 2027.

Customers must place each subsequent order using the same name, email address, telephone number and/or customer account used for the original qualifying purchase so that the locked price can be verified.

If a locked product is permanently discontinued or its size or specification changes materially, FirewoodXpress may offer a reasonably equivalent replacement product. Any replacement will be discussed with the customer before an order is accepted.

All subsequent orders remain subject to FirewoodXpress’s usual ordering, payment, availability and delivery terms.

6. Entry into the Prize Draw

Each completed purchase of a Qualifying Product during the Promotional Period will automatically receive one entry per qualifying order into the Prize Draw.

No additional entry fee is charged.

Entrants must provide accurate contact details when ordering. FirewoodXpress will not be responsible for entries that cannot be verified because incomplete or inaccurate information was supplied.

Bulk, trade or wholesale purchases are not eligible.

7. The prizes

There are three prizes:

First Prize — A Season’s Supply

The First Prize winner will receive:

One Builders Sack of kiln-dried firewood per calendar month until 31 March 2027.

The First Prize begins in the calendar month of October 2026 and ends on 31 March 2027.

Only one Builders Sack may be claimed in each applicable calendar month. Unclaimed monthly sacks cannot be carried forward, accumulated, exchanged for money or transferred to another person.

The winner must give FirewoodXpress at least 5 working days’ notice when arranging each monthly delivery or collection.

Second Prize

The Second Prize winner will receive:

  • one Builders Sack of kiln-dried hardwood; and

  • one bag of kiln-dried softwood.

Third Prize

The Third Prize winner will receive:

  • one Builders Sack of kiln-dried hardwood.

All prizes are subject to product availability. FirewoodXpress may provide a reasonably equivalent product if circumstances outside its control make the stated product unavailable.

Delivery is included within the normal FirewoodXpress delivery area / charged at the normal delivery rate.

Prizes cannot be transferred, resold or exchanged for cash. No cash alternative is available.

8. Winner selection

The winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period.

The draw will take place within 14 days after the closing date using a verifiably random computer process or under the supervision of an independent person.

The first valid entry drawn will receive the First Prize, the second will receive the Second Prize and the third will receive the Third Prize.

9. Winner notification and claiming a prize

Winners will be contacted using the email address or telephone number provided with their qualifying order within 1 day of the draw.

A winner must respond and confirm acceptance of the prize within fourteen days of being contacted.

If a winner:

  • cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts;

  • does not respond within the stated period;

  • is found to be ineligible;

  • cannot provide evidence of a valid qualifying purchase; or

  • refuses or is unable to accept the prize,

FirewoodXpress may withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner at random from the remaining valid entries.

Winners will never be asked to provide bank details or pay a fee to claim a prize. Customers should disregard messages from accounts pretending to represent FirewoodXpress.

10. Publication of winner information

FirewoodXpress must be able to demonstrate that valid prizes were awarded.

FirewoodXpress may still be required to provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority if challenged.

Any photographs, testimonials or other publicity involving a winner will only be used with that winner’s separate agreement.

11. Personal information

Personal information supplied in connection with the Promotion will be used to administer the price-lock benefit and Prize Draw, verify eligibility, contact winners, deliver prizes and meet our legal or regulatory obligations.

Entry into the Promotion does not automatically subscribe a customer to marketing communications. Marketing will only be sent where the customer has provided the necessary consent or where otherwise permitted by law.

12. General conditions

FirewoodXpress reserves the right to reject any entry that it reasonably believes is fraudulent, automated, incomplete, contrary to these Terms and Conditions or connected with an attempt to manipulate the Promotion.

FirewoodXpress is responsible for administering the Promotion fairly and awarding the prizes as described.

If circumstances outside FirewoodXpress’s reasonable control make it necessary to suspend, amend or cancel the Promotion, FirewoodXpress will do so only where necessary and will take reasonable steps to avoid unfairly disadvantaging existing participants.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

FirewoodXpress’s decision regarding eligibility, winner selection and administration of the Promotion is final, subject to applicable law and the rights of participants.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Scots law. The Scottish courts will have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights an entrant may have to bring proceedings elsewhere.

13. Facebook disclaimer

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook or Meta.

By participating, entrants acknowledge that Facebook and Meta are not responsible for the administration of the Promotion or the provision of any prize.

 

14. Acceptance of these terms

By making a qualifying purchase and participating in the Promotion, entrants confirm that they have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
